The HR7100 is a fully intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter developed by our company. Its electromagnetic converter core employs a high-speed central processor, ensuring fast calculation speeds, high accuracy, and reliable measurement performance. The converter's circuit design adopts international advanced technology, featuring an input impedance of up to 10 ohms and a common-mode rejection ratio better than 100dB. It demonstrates superior interference suppression capabilities against external interference and 60Hz/50Hz interference, with a rejection ratio better than 90dB, allowing it to measure the flow of low-conductivity fluid media. The sensor utilizes non-uniform magnetic field technology and a special magnetic circuit structure, resulting in a stable and reliable magnetic field, while also reducing size and weight.

l Measurement results are independent of flow velocity distribution, fluid pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, and other physical parameters;

l High-definition backlight LCD display with a fully Chinese menu for easy and intuitive operation;
l Utilizes SMD components and surface mount technology;
l Equipped with a 16-bit embedded microprocessor for fast computation, high accuracy, stable measurement, and low power consumption; fully digital processing with strong anti-interference capabilities and reliable flow measurement range up to 100:1;
l Internally equipped with three accumulators to display positive total and difference accumulation separately, and a non-volatile clock to record up to 16 power-off times;
l Features RS485, 4~20mA+Hart signal outputs;
l Possesses self-check and self-diagnosis functions.
