Liquid level switch
Also called water level switch, as the name implies, is a switch used to control the liquid level. It is mainly divided into contact type and non-contact type in form.
Level meter
A level meter refers to an instrument that detects the change of the height of solid materials (solid or liquid level) in a container in real time. Level meter is also called level transmitter, level controller, level meter, level meter, etc. Level meter is mainly used to measure the surface position of solid block or powder material in the storage bin to understand the amount of material stored in the storage bin; thermal power plants need to detect the position of coal blocks and coal powder in the raw coal hopper and coal powder bin, etc.
Liquid level transmitter
The liquid level transmitter is an extension and development of the pressure transmitter technology. According to the principle that the pressure generated by liquids of different specific gravities at different heights is linearly related, it can accurately measure and transmit the volume, liquid height and weight of water, oil and paste.
Liquid level transmitters are widely used in drinking water systems, water level overflow weirs, pump stations, liquid tank level measurement, water treatment plants, water circulation and other working conditions. The liquid level transmitter also has the following characteristics:
1. Simple installation, cable connection, can be directly put into the site.
2. The liquid level transmitter adopts a stainless steel shell with a long service life. Water, oil and other media compatible with the contact material can be measured with high precision.
3. The amplification circuit of the liquid level transmitter adopts an integrated chip, wide voltage power supply, good stability and fast response speed.
4. The liquid level transmitter has intrinsically safe explosion-proof and dust-proof explosion-proof capabilities, and can be used in related hazardous places.
5. The current output of the liquid level transmitter has reverse wiring, overvoltage protection and current limiting protection.
6. The liquid level transmitter uses laser resistance adjustment technology to perform zero point and sensitivity temperature compensation in a wide temperature range.
7. The output signal includes 4-20mA current output, RS485 digital signal output, and customized voltage output, with strong anti-interference ability and long transmission distance.
