The HR7580 Radar Flow Gauge is a remarkable innovation in the field of flow measurement. Utilizing advanced radar technology, it precisely measures water flow velocity and water level, and then accurately calculates the water flow rate through an integration model.
One of its standout features is the non-contact measurement method with a hybrid frequency radar. This enables simultaneous and independent outputs of flow velocity, liquid level, and flow rate, while requiring minimal maintenance and remaining unaffected by sediment or other interfering factors. With an IP68 waterproof design, it can withstand various field environments and extreme weather conditions, ensuring reliable operation.
The compact and sleek appearance of the HR7580 not only offers excellent cost-effectiveness but also features integrated reverse connection, lightning protection, and over-voltage protection functions. It supports the Modbus-RTU protocol, facilitating seamless system integration. Additionally, it allows for convenient Bluetooth debugging via mobile phones, enabling field personnel to perform on-site maintenance with ease.
The product has a velocity range of 0.05 m/s - 30m/s with an accuracy of ±0.01m/s, a pitch angle (automatic compensation) of 0° - 80°, and an antenna beam angle of 12°x25°. The range for distance measurement is 0.08m - 60m with an accuracy of ±1mm and a distance antenna beam angle of 6°.
It operates with a power supply of 9 - 30VDC, has an operating current of 25 mA @ 24 V in working mode and ≤1 mA @ 12 V in sleep mode.
